This Truck just went up for sale in Yakima. One owner and very clean. $19K seems like a decent price for a Duramax with 66,000 miles. What do you guys know about the 2007 model? Is this a decent price if the truck checks out? I looked up the owner. Looks like a very nice older gentleman.
Thanks

07.5-09 LBZ motor, probably the best trouble free duramax out there. When I was looking for one(longbed) couldn’t find anything worth looking at. That’s a good looking rig for a good price.

The LBZ started in 06. Have one in mine. Thought they only went to 07. Yes, most desirable Duramax available. Mine has 212,000 miles still runs like a dream. Average 18 all around. Easily over 20 if hiway or keep my foot out of it. Pulls incredibly well. The 6 speed Allison is awesome. I'm assuming 4wd and base model? That's the exact same truck as mine but a year newer. I paid $21000 for mine 6 years ago and it was a good deal then. Lots of them selling for $25000 and up. I would buy that truck in a heart beat if I was in the market. But I would also look it over real good first.

If you buy it let me know I can give you a ton of good info on them. You can also search the Duramax forum.

You snooze, you lose...........

Buy the truck if you are in the market for it. That is a steal. 07 Classic is the moat desirable one out there. My 07 has 168k and runs awesome.

Are you driving a new to you truck?

I’ve got the exact truck, with 253,000 on it. Runs like new. That’s a good buy

I bought my '06 LBZ 7 years ago for 30k. It has 125k on it now and I have put new tranny lines, shocks and glow plugs in it. At 60k you'll want to do the tranny fluid and filter if it hasn't been done. It's been a great truck for me.

Tranny fluid recommended at 75000. TES295 approved fluid. Internal filter is lifetime. Just change the spin on every other oil change. Use only AC delcofuel filter. Changed my leaky tranny lines too.

I have the identical long bed and have over 200,000 on it now. I couldn't be happier with it.

I hope the OP bought it. I didn’t see it on FB so????
If it’s still available I’d love to know. I’ll go buy it tomorrow what. I get home!
