Title: Cougar Attack in Leavenworth Park
Post by: gramps on June 02, 2019, 06:42:31 AM: A young child escaped 'serious injury' in an attack at the Enchantment Park in Leavenworth last night at dusk.
Can't get the link to load. Cat was caught and euthanized.

I heard a cougar was shot in Quilcene (Hood Canal) the other day in town. It had been hanging around the school. Supposedly the school was put on lockdown a couple times.

Maybe this type of situation happening in a place like Leavenworth, might open the eyes of some yuppies and help the them begin to realize as the predators get closer to home, something needs to be done.

Like the cougar right behind the super1 grocery store in colville a few months ago, the day after a wolf was spotted at the walmart :bash:

One was found dead next to a cabin up at Deep Lake a few weeks ago.
