I did not see a budget from USFW, just the 243 page report would make you cringe.  The cost in the Great Lakes and the west of wolf 'management' is beyond crazy.  They are more than recovered, give them the same status as a coyote and quit spending a dime on them.  The only budget line should be compensation for producer losses.
