Did make a Croque Monsieur a while back. With some leftover alder smoked picnic ham, homemade bread, gruyere beschamel and rustic beer mustard.

One of my favorite sandwiches.

And I've been working on Vietnamese baguettes for banh mi's.

Oh my God, that light , crispy Vietnamese baguette. So good!
