There's a great smallmouth fishery around Arrowhead Point in the big boulders and in the docks. Brown tube jigs work well. There are pike in the back bays and at the south end. They will bite anything imitating a fish like a long Rapala or big Rooster Tails  No clue about chinook.

The only time I have caught chinook on CDA is in the late fall fishing with small hoochies and I have been targeting them quite a bit the last few years. I have been marking fish that I think are chinook between 40 and 60 feet and usually at the mouth of the large bays. There are some fat kokes again this year and they are petty easy to find. Pink blade double wammy's with maggots behind a string of flashers has worked best for me. Let us know if find any chinooks.
