Title: Need a Montana land owner bull elk tag for disabled vet

Looking for some help here, anyone know anyone with land owner tags for bull elk in Montana that I can buy for a disabled veteran? I have applied for the purple heart donation tag for him but I ma being told its not likely to happen now form MDFW.
