Title: Gordon Ramsey Ticks off Vegans and Anti-hunters
Post by: pianoman9701 on July 31, 2019, 09:49:06 AM: Being in the culinary world, I, like many others, have not been enamored of Chef Ramsey's kitchen demeanor. It gives fine dining kitchens a bad name and image. Most talented chefs keep their anger in check and most fine dining kitchens are quite quiet in operation.

But shooting a NZ goat on TV and then cooking it on the show...fantastic! The story line seems a bit similar to Meat Eater, and that's fine with me.

Glad to see he understands the importance of hunting/harvesting ones own meat and that it can be a great overall process. Not the demonized show that antis have put on us.
