It's his bait tubes.

Any night time photos to share?
-
Here are some night photos. Please note, No bears are hunted, these are deer feeders and they are bandits. We have not killed bears since baiting was outlawed. Thanks

Another of some little critters

And one of our comidian

All cams are 15-20 away from feeders.
Yes those are feed tubes for the sweet cob, each will hold two five gallon buckets 5 pvc cut at a 45 deg angle at bottom and a cap on top and strapped to tree. Gravity pile at bottom

Thanks for sharing!! I'll be buying a couple of these this Friday.

On sale for 119.00 at a lot of places, I got mine at Bass Pro.... you will see either ATT or Verizon Cams, your own carrier has nothing to do with which cam to buy. All are on the spypoint program. By the cam that has the best coverage in the area you plan to use it....
Good luck

Picked up 2 of these on Saturday for $221. I was able to trade in a crappy trail camera and got $20 off of the ones that were on sale. Man these things are tiny! Excited to get them out.

I am at 3000 pics taken and transferred, and AA batteries are still at 70%, was worried I would have to get 12v system, which I probably will anyways.

Nope, download the Spypoint App on your phone and you are off and running.
-
Nope, energizer, actually it is 60% and 2733 pics
-
Have you had any issues with it taking photos of nothing?

Try them, they make a HUGE difference.
-
I have had very favorable results with them so far, , as far as taking pictures of nothing. No problems with that. It picks up a lot of little critters and birds, moving branches or vegetation can triggers a pic of nothing

I bought the non Verizon model which should work with AT&T, tmobile and sprint. Problem is that tmobile is lte in my area so it won't work and AT&T gets no service around me. So if you get this model make sure you're not trying to utilize lte service cause it won't work. Set up was very easy though and I really wish it would have worked on the lte network.

I have 2 of these camera out and only got a squirrel at first then the other night a small bunch of elk showed up with a young bull in it. A deer last night at same spot. And just tonight the other camer a few miles away from first got another bull just entering the photo. All night picts, I gotta clear the limbs out of the way too. Didn't realize they would be so bright. I'm new to trail cams...

Do these cellular cameras require some sort of wireless plan?

Do these cellular cameras require some sort of wireless plan?
Some do, some don't. This particular camera does not. My Spartan camera was $5 a month to add it to my Verizon plan.
-
Looks like it depends on have many photos you take. I just watched a you tube on it where the guy said spypoint actually erases your pics off the SD card after the limit is reached.
-
I will do the 10.00 a month for my two cams, will just have to refrain from going to lunch at work one day amonth👍
-
With the Spartan camera it was $5 a month for Verizon and $3.50ish per month for the HCO website to log in and change the settings, etc. So the $10 a month is just a little over a dollar a month more than I currently pay.

Interesting, does it erase, move to the sent folder, or delete the oldest pic as new ones are taken?

He explains it around 7 minutes into the video -
