There must be something about Utah I hear about alot of folks getting heavy duty fords there. Good looking truck, you going to keep the bed on it or swap it out for a flatbed?I'm gonna keep the bed.

My neighbor is a car dealer, and he says alot of people in OK know about the floods from 2017 and 2018 in Texas, so they are shipping out all the flood vehicles to New Mexico, Utah, and Idaho!
Last year while looking for a used truck the market was flooded with "flooded" vehicles.

I bought a new truck in Utah 27 years ago while we were visiyng for Christmas.
My wife hit black ice and we left the freeway and did a full roll near Umatilla, Oregon.
Two small kids and n o injuries - I am still very grateful!!!!!
It never even got to my driveway before it was totalled.
May your experience with a Utah truck go much better than mine!!!!!!!!!!

I just had a panic flashback!!!!!!!Man that would suck. I didn't want to fly down and drive 17 hours so I'm having it delivered. It was in Southern Utah closest airport was Vegas.

I assume you got it for towing? If that is an aluminum hitch you've got in there, take it out and throw it away, then get a steel one. I personally know of two people who had aluminum ones break on them while towing their boats.I have been using a TRIMAX aluminum hitch for 5 years without issue. Rated to 10,000lbs.

Picked the truck up yesterday, it's an awesome truck so far. 150 miles averaging 15.2 mpg. It's very peppy with the 4:30 rear ratio.
Dang, That is better mileage than my 2007 Dakota got, :chuckle:
