Title: Renting Optics Locally
Post by: grimace on September 25, 2019, 07:09:42 AM: Does anyone know of a local shop that rents spotting scopes? Looking for something for this weekend.

Anyone? I could buy but not sure if a spotting scope is for me.

Post by: Honey Badger on September 25, 2019, 10:26:19 AM: I just rented a pair of Swarovski EL 10x42 from Optics4rent.com. I searched their reviews and all were positive. It’s $200 for 10 days. That is out the door with shipping and damage insurance. I’ll let you know how it goes (it’s for wa modern mule season).

Post by: grimace on September 25, 2019, 11:05:07 AM: That is very gracious of you, I'm north of you, and heading to the northeast corner of the state. I have some 10x42 bino's that get me by, but I would like to rent a spotting scope.
