Title: Waterfowl Taxidermist
Post by: Emptyhanded on October 16, 2019, 07:50:40 PM: I have a pair of wood ducks that I would like to have mounted. I searched this board and it seems everyone recommends Leon Mathews or Willow Creek Taxidermy. The problem is Leon’s Facebook says he is preparing for retirement and only accepting select birds. And last time I checked WCT is no longer in business. So, I’m not sure who to go to. I’d like to stay semi local (Spokane), but I am not completely opposed to shipping them somewhere or driving a reasonable distance. Who have you used and who do you recommend? Thanks!

I am no expert at judging good taxidermy, but it appears she does good work. Any experience or opinions on her work? Here’s the gallery if anyone wants to look and give an opinion.
