Title: Turkey habits ?
Post by: NOCK NOCK on November 18, 2019, 10:00:54 AM: Don't know a whole lot about their habits, but I do know they breed in the spring. So why do they act all "rutty" this time of year? Fanning, strutting, gobbling, fighting.

Correct. Turkey follow a pecking order their whole lives. When gathered into large winter flocks pecking order is important for things such as access to food.
