Just like non-native weeds shouldn't they be eliminated to make room for native species?
Just makes sence.

Where theres big money, theres corruption. Wolves should be hunted like coyotes and everyone and anyone involved in support of the wolf debacle should be in jail.

This is clever end a round to removing wolf. Invasive species would legally have to be removed eh? If ya ever talked to an ol timer who experienced native wolves here years ago he would tell ya they were a lot different species in size and behavior. :twocents:

It's pretty well established, biologically, that Western Gray Wolves and Northern Timber Wolves are substantially different in size and behavior.

...by that logic, aren't we 'non-native species' and we should be eliminated too?! :dunno:

What kind of a statement was that

Well, homo sapiens set foot in what is now the lower 48 before wolves did. Humans took an inland sea route around, preceeding the glacial melt that allowed asiatic wolves to migrate here. Its a pretty well established and accepted theory. So are you saying that white people are a different species than native americans? What are you, some kind of racist white supremacist nazi?

From the looks of things he is trolling the whole wolf board, being from Portland I wouldn’t expect anything less.

By rights the Indians should own this country.

Using wolf-lover logic, you now live where wolves once lived. You're breathing air that wolves once breathed. You should move to a place where wildlife never lived before, you know...like the Moon.
But in reality, these wolves didn't live here before. As a matter of fact, the last of the wolves that did live here before went the way of the woodland Selkirk caribou - the new, larger grey wolves killed them out of existence. These wolves were also infested with parasites when they were released and as of 2014, as study by ID State University showed that 65% of the Canadian grey wolves were infected with echinococcus granulosus, a parasite which not only causes hydatid cysts in ungulates when exposed, but humans as well. The USFWS criminally lied to Congress to make sure they got these wolves released. We should be exterminating these infested vermin, not populating and infecting our towns with them.

"Indians"? Which ones?
