Proud to say I wrote another story that was published in EHJ. My HS buddy Joe shot this Booner goat in Wyoming and he asked me to help him bring his story to life. After talking with him I wrote out the story and he shopped it to some magazines before settling on EHJ. Always fun to see your name in print, just which I was also the one that shot this incredible buck.

Can you paste the text or do they get upset with that?

Was thumbing through the issue last night. Will give the story a read. I only subscribe for the pictures...I mean the articles...oh wait that the other magazine :chuckle:

Oh damn. I was about to text you and tell you that some dude with the same name wrote an article. I didn't draw the connection that it was Joe.
Congrats man. Great story!
And Joe shot a great buck!

Holy ! I often hear people say to new antelope hunters, 'don't shot the first buck you see.' If you see that one and haven't blown a valve from the rapid increase in heart rate - SHOOT! Congrats to you on the article and your friend on the buck!
