Title: Horn Walls
Post by: Slayock on April 05, 2009, 07:01:24 PM: Does anyone have a horn wall in their shop where they hang all their bucks on. My dad and his brothers started ours in 84 and everyone who hunts with us hangs the horns on the wall with their name under the rack. The best part is they are all of of our ranch.

One of these days I want to pull them down and paint the wall and hang them closer together so we can keep it going for another generation. We have talked about starting a book with the story behind each deer because the stories for some of the first ones are getting a little fuzzy.

There is over 150 racks on the wall and a big pile of sheds in the back corner.

Thanks, that's the loft in my house. Wish I had a hunting cabin.... maybe if I ever pay down my mortgage.. :chuckle:
