So the idaho regs arent very clear on one thing. They make mention of a furbearer license (i dont have the regs with me) somewhere in there, but i dont see anywhere that such a thing can be purchased. Ive looked through all the licenses, tags and permits available, and read the furbearer regs. I see no such thing as a fur bearer license available for purchase. They classify bobcats as a fur bearer. Whst do i need to legally harvest a bobcat in idaho if i happen to call one in next week?
If anybody who is knowledgable about idahos regs and licensing requirements can clarify for me it would be appreciated.

They don’t have a fur bearer license, only a trapping license. You are good to go with your NR hunting license.

A hunting license is all you need. If you are taking them via trap, then you would need a trapping license. For calling, just a hunting lic though...never heard of a fur bearer license in id

Perfect, thats what i was leaning toward. Regs are worded a little oddly. Ill be targeting bigger critters, but sure wouldnt want to pass on a bonus bobcat if i get lucky.

It is really not clear, I believe its part of small game license, no tag but cant find it in writing now

Small game license is not even listed as an option to buy for me online. I have a non res hunting / 3 day fishing. Looks like im set.
On another note, if anybody over there has a badger problem, id be glad to come whack one.
