We lost a fellow hunter today from his battle with health issues. You will be missed.

Sad that you lost your fight today, you will be missed!

Sorry to hear that. Great picture.

Mark killed some big whidbey deer, loved sharing intel about fishing, openly talked about his struggles with booze and put himself out there to support others and was a good man. I can still remember hunting spring bear with him. He had a tag and along a path we saw ahead what at first glance was cubs...that fake valve of his started ticking double time! Well the cubs turned into a family if coons but it got the blood pumping.
RIP friend.

RIP old friend.
Why is it in a community like this when we lose a member it always takes me by surprise. We are a pretty large group, very diverse in so many ways, yet I never seem to grasp that the process of life takes place outside of the forum. Time to say good bye to another member of the family :'(.

I just saw this post. Thank you everyone for your kind words and prayers. Mark was truly one of a kind and greatly missed
