I got my mount back a couple months ago and finally got around to snapping some pics. It's no Soucy job, but I'm happy. Had I known how big it actually was when I got him, I probably would've sent it out of state to get done. I took my gas stove out, patched my flooring and covered the wall in planking. Then I mounted a 14ft. chunk of old growth fir to the wall. It's flush wall to wall, which was a huge project just getting it in the house. Then I mounted some LED lighting behind it. We still have a lot to do. I plan on putting some moss, ferns and maybe even parts of a tree. (haven't decided how. Possibly quartered to fit in the corner flush) It was shot in some big timber on the west side and that's the theme we're shooting for. He was walking on a log and I was directly to its left side 16 yards away and wanted to have the mount resemble that.
