Made some homemade ground venison piroshky's tonight. :drool: :drool: :drool:

They look great. Is the recipe a secret? I have had them at the Go4th festival, but never thought about making them myself.

I googled them years ago, and use a recipe that says they are "Kaleenka Piroshky's", Taste just like the ones at the fairs. Be sure to heavily season the burger while browning, and use a 2x4x1/4" thick slice of cheese with
about 1/4+ cup of burger, deep fry is best, but baking is good too.
