When are you going to be in Graham? I think I still need to get that salmon from you!You sure do, and excited to see what you do with them.
I will take a 22# box of tuna @230
I will also take a 10# box of halibut @170
If any of you all are on the fence just do it! Some of the best fish I have ever ate. Super well cared for and you wont find a better guy to deal with.
Mention seen, going to have to pass on this one. Will catch the next one. Thanks
**UPDATED,...again**
Great news on Buy #5 Chris. And just think, some of us may have been starting to run low and wondering what the heck we would do until next winter. I don't see a Kitsap Peninsula location for this one, yet I do understand your delivery schedule and route, I'm sure I'll find a place to meet you along the path. I'm placing my order right now, but I believe I'll add to it in a couple hours, I have a couple buddy's that have had "your fish in their mouth" and they are fans now as well.
I'll jump into the following:
2 BX of Halibut @ $340
2 BX of Black Cod @ $280
3 BG of Spot Prawns @ $165
1 BX Coho Portions @ $115
2 BG Dungeness Crab Clusters @ $80
Total @ $980
That's all I have for now, one more potential update, if so it will be soon.
Thanks again for this service Chris, we all appreciate it more than our taste buds can say!!!!

Chris, yes that Walmart will work, but if I end up being the only Kitsap order, you might drive right by my house if you take the Kingston Ferry. Will update you on that later. I did just update my order, it should be the last one. But we are buying a pretty good size chunk this time. Thanks again, will be in touch.
I'll text you as well, but I'd like a 4 lb bag of prawns for $55 and 100 lbs of Ocean Troll Chum Salmon at $4 a pound, $400, for a total of $455.
Got a order in, skillet has offered to come to the Safeway in Leavenworth if anyone over here was looking for a closer pickup.
Dungeness Crab is sold out -
Text sent yesterday.
4lb prawns
1 box of halibut
5lbs albacore
Thank you !
And if anyone changes their mind on a 25# dungenous, I will take it.
Thanks!
What is the portion size for the coho?
Skillet,If you are in Seattle I'd be happy to hold product for you. I have access to a commercial walk in freezer in Seattle.
Do you know when you’ll have your dates finalized? I’m definitely interested in getting in on this buy, but I’ve got a couple trips planned late March and early April.
I’ve got some anxiety about the current state of my freezer and would love to top it off.
Why last buy?Last buy for awhile because he headed back up north to go fishing

Chris, I'm hearing some rumors that could spell trouble for the coming fishing season. Plants shutting down, etc. Evidently there is concern about bringing in cannery workers from all over the country and the globe to process. And the canneries are worried about anyone working at a plant testing positive. Then they may not be able to get rid of product. I've heard there are some serious Corporate meetings going on about all this.
In Cordova, the annual spring SERVS (fishing vessal oil spill response training) training has been postponed until fall.
Stop giving Skillet excuses to raise prices man!! :chuckle:

The effect on the fishing fleet is being felt already in a few ways. In Seward, a big boat that fishes major amounts of quota had shared with me that they might be put on trip limits, and not to go fishing without first contacting the plant. I hadn't heard about the workers issue, but that could be a factor for sure.
There's a lot of dock talk about prices this year, and I don't know what to think yet. It's a year I'm very grateful I'll be freezing my catch so I am not at the mercy of the rumor mill. As you well know, any rumor is good enough to justify pushing down dock price!
Let's keep in touch this year, I'd like to get your thoughts on the season as it progresses.
Update on first post. Short version: I've decided to put the sale on hold for now. Too much uncertainty with my traveling to get this done at the present time. We will get through this, but hoo boy - was my timing on this sale bad! :bash:
Chris
Im currently towing a barge to seattle with 128 reefers full of crab. Big, big money in those containers. But with casinos and restaraunts shutting down and whatnot, i have a feeling the market for it wont be there.Wow, that's a high value load there. I was watching a 48' reefer truck being loaded with red king crab clusters when I was down in WA, and at retail prices that truckload was worth just north of $1.1 million.

Will be looking forward to your custom delivery in Montana now. Just don't forget your Rifle and Shotgun when you come out. Bummed for personal greed only, but totaly understand. Take care of yourself...

Yeah, and i cant even keep 1 of them for myself. There would still be 127 more, whats the big deal? :dunno:
Good call Chris. I didn't want to be the first to warn of this, but I unfortunately was right on this one. My wife's son works in Emergency Management as a regional director, he's been on this for over a month and has told us every step of the way that this is going to get bad. Glad you saved face and product on this one. We all understand I'm sure. We will of course look forward to the next opportunity, just glad I still have some of the last buy left.
Thanks again and stay safe brother.
