What are you bow fishing for in Birch Bay? Flounder? Not sure it's legal.

Other than Moses Lake. Any place closer to Lynden with good carp bow fishing?

Is bow fishing open right now? Or is it considered still fishing?

I think it is open. On WDFW website it says you dont need a license to kill carp. Its like killing collared doves or starlings imo.
