Title: What made this hole?
Post by: Stein on April 15, 2020, 06:28:58 PM: This post is for my in-laws on the east side. They have a place on the Columbia and found this burrow maybe 15 yards up the bank from the river. The hole is roughly the width of a shovel.

What’s your best guess? I have an idea but am betting many here know more.

Brings back a fond memory. As kids we found a badger den and the plan was to drown him out and then the guy not pouring water would shoot him when he ran for cover. :chuckle: We must of poured a couple hundred gallons of water down his hole...…..all it did was piss him off (you could hear him growling) but he never came out. :(
