Anyone else use their products? I only recently learned about these guys. I'm sure they are well known to you boys in Spokane. I made some deer pepperoni using their kit. Dang it's good. Trying their summer sausage kit this weekend using some antelope. Have a jalapeno snack sticks kit on deck.

Very interested to hear how all these kits work out for you. I am always looking for new kits to experiment with. I love making my own snack sticks.....super satisfying!!

Never heard of them, but I'm going to try a kit or two to try out.

I have been using their seasoning for years . They used to be in Kooskie Idaho. I Use "German" and "Spicy Bierworst " primarily. If I make snack sticks I will use same seasonings. I dont like my sausage too salty so use about 2/3 of what recipe calls for and add cayenne if I want more kick

Interesting. I've bought seasonings and spices out of Spokane for over 20 years and never heard of them. I didn't think anybody near Spokane used anything but Michlitch's. Aka, Spokane Spice.

I have had there products for years, very good! Their pepper stick blend is great for "pepperoni". Their bratwurst blend is really good too.

I made up 10 pounds of summer sausage over the weekend. Really good stuff. Has a nice smokey flavor.
