I will soon be in the market for new tires and looking for recommendations. Currently I have 305/75/18 Cooper Discoverer STT Pros in it and they are getting tired. They have been good tires and will probably get the same ones but open to other ideas as well. Uses will be mainly highways, dirt roads and some muddy/ snowy conditions. I mainly use my truck for camping, hunting and fishing. I prefer the look of the mud tires. Thanks.

I’ve been very happy with my Les Schwab Back County All Terrains.

They have worn well, are not noisy and have survived the mud, shale in Montana with flying colors.

I just put hercules tires on my truck and i must say im quite impressed with price quality and warranty.radial ap all terain.i want to say they were right around $250 each at Joels tire.

I always suggest the Firestone Transforce A/T. We use these at work on our Type 6 wildland engines, and any thing else that needs a LT tire. I have seen them preform in awful tough conditions, and that is why I use them. Great tire. Probably wont give you the cool off road look.

If they've meet your needs stick with the Coopers. Still one of the highest rated tire out there. Have you looked at switching to the AT3 XLT at all. I think they went up to 60k for mileage rating. And for the price. I'm tire shopping right now to, replacing some Toyo M55's. They are hands down some of the best tires I've ever run, but I cant justify the extra coin when I can get a similar E rated tired with the same mileage and save 100 per tire.

I'm Running the Cooper At3 xlts on my 1 ton diesel and love them

i like the way firestone destinations and the les swabb back country ride and drive. if your gonna be in shale and rock id go with toyo m55s

I have had good luck with Goodyear Duratracs.

Goodyear, Cooper, Hoosier 100% American made tires, in light of all our economy issues right now, nice to remember them. I personally love Cooper tires. Deka batteries from East Penn are USA as well

Those Duratracs look like some pretty decent tires.
