Step 1- Go to Sportsman's.
Step 2) Buy Shotgun.
Step 3) Clean and assemble shotgun.
Step 4) Find turkey.
Step 5) Kill turkey.
Great little hunt with my daughter. We got her a shotgun for her birthday and 2 hours later she killed her first turkey. I was able to shoot one as well and even though they are jake's it was a great hunt that we will remember for a lifetime.

Thanks everyone! It was a great hunt for sure. Both birds came in silent. The peeled off the main group and left the nice Tom back about a 100 yards away. Thought about waiting for him but it was more important for her to have success. We have plenty of time to hunt for a trophy bird in months or years to come. With kids it's about meat and filling a tag, for her this might as well have been the world record Tom. She was on cloud nine and I was so happy to see her excitement.
