Title: Wyoming Unit 39 type 1 Elk

Just wondering if anyone out there has hunted it and or could share some things you have learned on the hunt. Not looking for any spots. Just curious what your overall option and experience was on the hunt. Thanks

Post by: jstone on May 25, 2020, 09:59:05 AM: I deer hunted an area in the north of 39 last year. I back packed in and found some cows and a spot where a bull was wallowing and tearing up the trees. Could be an area to check out but due to the beaver dams you have to maneuver to get there. Lots of wolf tracks.
