Bears are pretty fast, I think the guy was in trouble either way.

Been a lot of attacks already this year.  Time to start thinning them out.

Becoming a weekly thing unfortunately. Have a close friend that hunts in that neck of the woods often. Had two very close run ins with them while black bear hunting last week. Had a griz claim his black bear kill then charged him and then the bear ran off after a 338 round zipped over his head.

He sees them every time he goes out.  If you plan on hunting griz country anywhere in Montana, Idaho and wyoming where they are, be prepared.

It's going to take the death of some greenies and their kids before the courts recognize that recovery goals have long been met and it's time to start selling tags.  :dunno:

I think they’re willing to sacrifice a few of their own if it means saving their precious bears
