Title: idaho archery elk otc tag

Wow. Seems like 5 years ago I bought a second elk tag after I got one during rifle, so I could go back with muzzy... in Nov!

UNLESS you buy an outfitter license, or have a non-resident lifetime license (if you used to live in Idaho and bought this). Otherwise, you're SOL for elk.
