Title: Idaho Elk.....Unit 45
Post by: ShaneTyTrey on June 19, 2020, 02:50:07 PM: 12 year old drew the tag today. What can we expect? Are you better off to hit the opener with the rut going or hunt the last week once weather may push them down and make it easier? We will make a few trips to scout in August and September but any tips are greatly appreciated.

Did you go for the opener or what time during the hunt? Be happy to hear from you if willing but Rob has given me a lot of help already.
