Title: stiff lightweight boots?
Post by: romaknows on July 07, 2020, 07:07:41 PM: Looking for some to check out, I have some mendell danali's that I like for support and the stiff shank, just looking for some options on a lighter weight boot with similar characteristics.

Post by: chukar hunter on July 08, 2020, 02:43:12 PM: I'll second Crispi as lightweight stiff boot. I bought some Wymong GTX last year and it took 40+ miles to break them in. Overall wasn't super satisfied for the cost. Laces broke on both boots at about 150 miles and they both leaked after Crispi H20 repellent treatment after 100ish miles. For the cost, I was disappointed.
