Title: Success this morning!!!
Post by: CallMaker on April 16, 2007, 02:56:05 PM: Shot this nice Merriams gobbler about 9:30 this morning. Used a combination of box call and wingbone call to bring him within shooting range.

Love the wingbone call, especially in hard hunted areas. I also have a skoal can call made out of slate and a corn cob that is really good once the birds get hammered for a couple of weeks, sweet soft calls, just like the real hens.
