it really is easy, borax, push pins or small nails, plywood to spread on.. scrape wing bone meat mostly then, borax dry. I put thin wood as a "cross" on backside, epoxy tips with screws into wing bones and greaser, screw the base board to that cross and done.. assembly is basic..

Nicely done. Don't think I have ever seen one mounted in this fashion. You could have some fun in the space where the head should be...maybe a picture of someone you know that is a real turkey.
