Looks awesome.  Tots are a grade school memory comfort food for me.

Agreed and I second the tots. If you keep any tots as left overs something I do is put them in a pan to heat them up and then mash them into a big patty. Fry up some eggs over easy and throw em' on top. I love fried eggs and browns.
