I'm trying to plan a DIY hunt for caribou on the hall rd in Alaska has anyone ever hunted this area ?

A couple times  :chuckle:, PM me and I can give alot of details to decent areas.  Hunted it quite often over the past ten years.  Be prepared for anything and everything, always!; and then double check whatever you might think of planning.  Don't go up with the thoughts of Caribou crossing at every turn and easy prey or you'll be in for quite an exeperince.  Check out Pristine Adventures for additional up to date information.  Good AK site for a resource..

same here hunted it quite a few times, PM if you need any help, cohoho how did you like beaver slide?? Was there in 94 one of the big guys came down it we were parked at the bottom watching caribou in road by the time he stopped he took out 16.
