Benchmark will do it in Arlington. I’m not sure how much mine was. I want to say 125-150 but don’t quote me on it.

 I just shipped another bolt to LRI today for fluting, they have done great quality work for me.

I haven't personally had barrels fluted by Kampfeld but his quality of work is exceptional and usually excellent turnaround times.
