Not really sure you can trust these guys on here. You're probably correct on your guess of what it is... although I can't say I've ever seen an octosquidtoad before, so I can't help confirm what it is either.

I can hear it now....
WDFW announces $8.75 trillion being directed into a focus group, $8 trillion of that will be going to hire an Octosquidtoad specialist to study the best way to determine how to proceed with the proper method to further study and monitor the situation while establishing an Octosquidtoad oversight committee to develop ways to.... and so on!
