The 1st picture shows the damage done by a bullet and poor skinning.
The 2nd and 3rd pictures show what can be done to cover up the damage.
It's cheaper than a new cape and you end up with a one of a kind mount.
So don't be so quick to toss your cape. Talk to your taxidermist for different options. You might be suprised.

Been their done that and got the T-Shirt. :tup: Nice work Elkstuffer! Sometimes repairs like that actually make the mount more ejoyable because it is a change in the every day shoulder mount.
