Been forever since I tried to do a picture, i'm trying to use the attachment feature. If that doesn't work I need to re-boot. I used to have a photo bucket, but that place went to crap so I don't have a cloud site with URL for a pic. If pic doesn't show, give me the 411 on how to post it. (jpeg format).
This deer wont ever be shot. He lives in a giant ranch with no people and no pressure. A few cattle and a couple riders on the boundaries are all he'll ever see. He's a beaut. Head on is always a suck way to judge but I think you can see enough.

Great buck

Yeah, "big" is an understatement. That's a stud! :o Pity he'll probably die of old age...
-
Man he’s a wide one, I would say 34”+
-
Stud!

What a cool buck. Wide but also carries his mass well. Thanks for sharing!

That’s a dream buck!

Wow, I used to see some nice ones when I used to drive truck down there. Beautiful country. Seen some dandys walking around city limits in Elgin and Baker City haha

He's the Colorado Springs office park buck in the making...

That buck makes a lot of elk insecure...

The deer lives in a place you'd pass on 160, 170 bucks. A day's drive there and you set the floor at 180, i mean a typical 180 net. That deer wont score as a typical super well because of the back junky side. His inside spread will probably be capped at length of the main! I didnt take the shot, a broadside would probably make a guy puke.

Heh, Dano. Not my land brother. Big land great genetics, no hunting. Fantastic habitat without people still turns em out.

Awesome to have genetics like that! Protected to some extent but rutting makes bucks do crazy things it is possible he will venture off that land but it sounds like he has it made! Great picture of a beautiful animal thank you for sharing it with us!
