Anyone know what this is? Looked like a beaver/porcupine hybrid almost. Moved very slow. Short stubby face that came to a soft point. It really just looked like a round fluff with flat but furry tail. It was on the edge of the payment when I stopped next to it. In the Skagit valley. First and last pictures seem the most telling but quality still isn’t great.
