A guy that works for me asked me if I wanted a muzzleloader, I asked him how much and he told me I could have it for free. I asked him the obvious question, "Whats wrong with it?" He went on to explain that there was something wrong with the trigger. I told him I would come over and take a look at it. My thought was that if there was something wrong with it some one on here could help me figure it out. So I go over to his house and he shows it to me and I look it over real good and I find that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the gun. Being the honest guy that I am I inform him that the gun is perfectly fine that the trigger problem is not a problem at all ( it has a double trigger, the back trigger is for locking the hammer back) So I ask him if he still wants to give me the gun and he tells me I can have it. I ask him if he would like something for it and he tells me "No!" So I am now the proud owner of a .50 cal CVA mountain rifle :whoo:

Sweet!

Cool deal!
The "Rear Set Trigger" should be for making ("Setting") the front trigger into a "hair" trigger. The front trigger should work independently without the rear as well, only with a longer harder pull.
Congrats! What a Gift!
