I have 2 garmin rinos, 1 has just a white screen when I turn it on, it transmits, but no visible touch screen. My other one transmits and shows display, but the touch screen is not responsive. I called garmin about both of them, but since the 600 series of rinos is no longer manufactured, they dont offer any repair/replacement. I thought about throwing them out, but theres gotta be somebody that is tech savvy enough to fix at least one of them, I live in the vancouver area, but would be willing to ship if anyone on here knows of anyone, or a business that could possibly restore them for me? any help would be appreciated
Thanks

Don’t throw them out. The new ones are super slow to charge - I use the old ones just to charge the batteries. Have 2 new ones and neither can charge their battery worth a darn.

Call the collar clinic. I know they mainly do training collars but they might point you in the right direction. 800-430-2010

I had a similar issue with a Garmin Rino 650. Garmin also said that they didn't have any repaired/refurbished units. But they did offer me 20% off a new 700 series or I could trade the 650 in and get a refurbished 755T for $130. If you want shoot me a PM with your email, and I will forward the e-mails I had with with them.

Garmin told me same thing I sent them in and they still were repaired I’d call again
