Title: River Hunting Legality
Post by: pickardjw on December 01, 2020, 04:26:54 PM
As long as you're following the rules for hunting in a boat, can you hunt in the Snowualmie and Snohomish rivers? I haven't been able to find anything that confirms legality either way. My assumption is that it is legal as long as you enter and exit at public launches and don't leave the river/high water mark onto private. I can call the WDFW but figured I would start here.

Yes for the most part...on the Snohomish, depending on where you are, it is used by a verity of people. The other part is there are house boats, and weird houses set back from the bank that can be difficult to see.  All in all, I say send it
