Crazy

:yike: Wow what a Bull
-
It would have been neat to seen him as a 6x6 :yike:
-
Probably a little hard for that guy to eat. Weird bull.
-
Cool. That's one of those critters I'd put in the "Better off dead" category. Your wife did a great service to the elk population.
-
That’s crazy looking. There are quite a few of these showing up on my cameras this year. Never really seen them before this year. 2020 I guess
-
Used to see deer like that around Hanford Nuclear Reservation all the time...
-
Extremely unique! Thanks for sharing
-
Congrats to her. Please remember to share the euro once it is complete. Be interested to see the origin of the pedicle.
-
That would've made me go crossed-eyed 24/7
-
Im just guessing here, but id say that bull broke his skull/antler base after hos spikes had completed growing and them the skull healed that way. In future years i would guess the antler to grow up instead of along the face. :twocents:
For the record im not a scientist, but have noticed a fair amount of pictured of bulls with pedicles like that and antlers that grow up.
-
I watched a guy in Wyoming make one of those. He shot at the spike, it staggered and one spike fell down on its face, shot it through the pedicel.
-
Cool bull for sure. I saw one similar this year but the normal side was a spike and the tine that came down over its nose was a two point.
-
resurrecting this post. finally got around to picking up the euro - here ya go !
-
taxi seems to think it was genetic and not an injury....
-
Wow, what an interesting bull. Thanks for updating with the euro.
-
Very interesting bull! Thanks for the update!
-
Cool and very unique! Great job!
-
That’s a cool euro!
-
He got hit in the head as a calf. The Dementia Joe of elk.

:dunno: It happens.
