Found a compound bow in the Teanaway yesterday sitting under a tree off the Jungle Creek Rd. I am sure somebody is missing it...Posting here hoping the hunter might be a member.

Maybe let the sheriff know because they’re still looking for items/clues to solve Ian Echols murder. Their list says if any hunting, fishing, camping supplies are unattended or seem out of place. Probably a bow hunter but you never know

Will never give anyone a hard time about leaving a bow somewhere... Down by South Bend, got done climbing out of what my buddy called the "hell hole", set the bow against the rear tire while trying to rest a bit. Then got a great idea about where else we could go. Well, off we went about a mile and a half when it dawned on me that I didn't have a bow with me. Thank god no one came by, cause in that area it was a 50/50 chance of recovery.
Good on you for trying to find the owner. Nice to have honest people out there...and on here. Hope the owner is found.
