Well all the spoiled brats once again get there pathetic way !! The water is waaaaay down on the mighty Columbia and with the drawdown goes the fish , it's the same spoiledness every year ! Ruin the fishing so spoiled brats won't fell cold in there 800,000 dollar unbeatable mansions , if your cold , put on a sweater and shut up ! I keep my house at 68° all through the winter , and there's no reason at all for this thermostat 73° crap , I see it all the time on my maintenance calls , I gotta strip down in the truck just to be able to enter the heat box , this is pathetic ( I'm cold !!😵 ) Shut up and go for a walk , or do like everybody else , crank the stupid heat grab a blanket and a bag of poison ( chips ! ) Cuddle on the $3000 dollar couch , put on general hospital , gain some weight so you can crank the the heat even more cuz you just can't feel the heat yet O M F G !!! GO FOR A WALK ! YOUR WRECKING MY FISHING WORSE THAN MY BROTHER , REALING IN MY LINE WITH HIS !!!! GRAB A SWEATER ! DANGIT !!!

For the record, the wife and i bought our couch brand new for $650 in Oregon.

I'd blame the Wine and Cheese crowd too but I just checked the thermostat and its set at 70. Im married so I am not allowed to lower the heat to save the fishing. My wife is one of those people that has the thermostat at 70 AND a small space heater blowing on her feet under her desk with a shawl across her lap while I sit 8 feet away in a t-shirt with a glisten of sweat on my brow.

This needs to be on an insert in the Avista bill envelopes.  Maybe then we could get some meaningful household energy conservation!

They usually run down the dams in the area during winter for other reasons, but still a great post.   :chuckle: :chuckle:

Now if those Lazy Spoiled Brats, didn't love their Smoked "Pate" of Sprats.
Yes, our Rivers might run higher, as they Crowded in beside us Liars.
Competing for a much Fresher Fish, soon it might become their Favorite Dish,
So let them stay home if it's their Decision, because Frankly..... I'd hate the Competition!

I can happily report our house is heated with natural gas, so no BPA electrons being hogged by the Stein family....except of course the million Christmas lights. :chuckle:

Gosh I always did better when the water was lower, I was probably closer to the dam though.

Nothing like a beach fire, a few fish and the slightly warmer temps at the lake.
