Holy mother ,where did all the accubonds go.
This crap is ridiculous ,can't even find quality hunting bullet.
This shortages are stupid.
Sorry
Rant over.

My Stepson found some Nosler Trophy Grade ammo for .308 the other day. The Accu-bonds were $69 bucks for a box of 20!

What happened to midway and brownells ,they don't sell gun powder, primer,or bullets anymore.
Sorry that's another rant-over.
-
Looking myself. My 7mm-08 really likes the Nosler Accubond 140 gr. I currently have a box, and am not looking to fill my gun locker. I would be tickled with 2 more boxes. I could make that work for quite awhile.
-
I got 200 from brownells about 2 weeks ago and 200 from impact guns last week. They are hitting little by little but getting grabbed instantly.

I hear you. Nosler Partitions and Accubonds are like hen's teeth. Meanwhile, Hornady, is maintaining steady stock levels, just as Sierra appears to be, but less so on their hunting lines.
I don't want the thread to go political, but I do wonder if being in OR versus being in NE is making a difference as to how those companies can operate at capacity.
It appears that at least Nosler is operating round the clock, and yet, still no Partitions or Accubonds in common calibers in the last 6 months or so.
:dunno:

I need .270 140gr AB real bad! I've only got a half box left.
-
To be fair, I was able to pick up some in a retail store within the past 6 months to the tune of about 150 bullets (100 for a new rifle, 50 for a friend). I think that there is probably some truth to the notion that they are coming out, but they get snatched up as soon as they hit the shelves.

Midsouth has the new 150gr AB in stock right now

Midway had some of the 150gr AB 270s last month too. Just keep watching. They are being built. Folks are just buying everything up as soon as it shows in inventory.

Partitions are what I see the most of on the shelves. I was at Coastal farm store and they had a selection of partition in various calibers. It's like the bullet version of 28 gauge. Seems like everything else vaporizes the instant it hits the shelf. The only brass I've seen in the last few months is either .22-250, .243 or some 6.5 variant.

Unless you shooting past 500-600 yards, the partition is great bullet. No way I would pass up a partition if I was short on bullets.

Yeah, not everyone wants to pay a premium for older bullet tech with lower BC but that works, but I don't mind, and I don't really need ultra-high BC, anyway, for hunting.

What caliber and grain Accubond are you looking for?
I drive past the Nosler factory shop on a fairly regular basis as it's on my way for multiple errands I run every week, and can pop in to see if they have any factory seconds/blemished behind the counter.
Nosler is cranking at full production capacity, but have huge backorders to fill. Just keep an eye on the various websites. I picked up a few hundred 168gr ABLRs just two weeks ago, and if I needed them there are 35 cal Accubonds in stock everywhere. And various 270 ABs have been in stock on various websites. I'm assuming the backorders on 6.5mm and 30cal are pretty large so I think it'll be awhile still before we see regular inventory on those.. Accubonds are much like powder right now: as soon as it shows up in inventory on a website guys buy it all up in a matter of minutes.

Thank you! I ordered 5 boxes.

I’m always on the lookout for 270wsm 130 grain accubonds loaded ammo
If I see em
I grab em

As many of you know ..........
I will search the ends of the interwebs till I find some or in store for that matter.
I'm look in for 160 7mm accubonds, don't really want the long range ones most of those are heavy. Then I have to drop my MV -max charge and all that.
I'm not excepting any from huntwa members.
But maybe we can keep this topic going for interesting bullets we find in stock.
Doesn't have to be nosler, but just hunting bullets.
Here is some I found a few minutes ago .Not accubonds.
But fusion bullets.

I'd probably go with the Hornady GMX 150 or the Nosler BT 150, I've seen both of those in stock this week. Looks like they're both out there.

Ya I did see some 140 ballistic tips at north 40 in mead yesterday.

If somebody needs 30 cal 180 grain really bad I have a couple extra box's, But I paid midway prices for them. $125 with shipping and tax.

I bought 6 boxes of .308 165gr accubond last summer for 34$ a box. A week ago I bought a box at a local gun dealer for 55$.. and recently bought 28 nosler 160 gr accubonds on gunbroker for 4.50$ a round. Expensive times.
