walmart sells this brand called Fire & Smoke society. big bottles, cheap, and damn good. zero sugar too so keto approved. best thing ive put on chicken called "chikka likka bam bam". the "porky perfect" i tried on ribs was awesome, i added smoked paprika for a kick. finished off with "G Hughes smokehouse" sauce, also sugar free. only i found that i cant tell its sugar free. all 100% carb/keto friendly

Thanks for the heads up. Ive just started the low carb/keto stuff. Any idea how many net carbs are in either of those?

zero sugar = zero carbs

Isn't there still carbs in some of the spices? Like black pepper and garlic? Other than deducting the fiber I haven't figured out how to calculate the net carbs.

1 carb per tablespoon.
