Man they started them high :yike: I like it when they start them low and can bid a few times and feel like a high roller for a few min :chuckle:
About all I can afford to start bids on is the cow elk tags :chuckle:
I'm sure they will blow up all the auction stuff has been nuts this year.
-
Well wishing luck to those that have the means to bid on the listed hunts, if you don't win and want to donate , donations accepted

I’m thinking you’re right.

I would be surprised if the tags all didn't break records.
-
I hope they do well, RMEF has taken a hit without being able to have banquets...
-
That Tule elk hunt would be a dream for me. I still have many points for putting in when I used to live in Comyfornia.

Washington let’s you hunt any unit on that side of the state for roughly 3 months with the tag. In Wyoming you pick a unit and hunt only during the season that was set for that hunt area. Meaning you will be hunting the same days as everyone who drew that unit, generally a few weeks.
That’s why they are way lower in price

Wyoming doesn’t have a whole lot of 400 class bulls either

There was some crazy money spent.
Oregon statewide deer and elk sold for $108,000
Montana statewide elk was $74,000
All of the Wyoming elk tags went for $33,000-$35,000. There were three or four.
