anyone Know when paper regulations come out?? GEZZ
-
2-3 weeks
-
If they're not in stores already I would think they should be by this next weekend.
-
I'll bet by this weekend.
-
Well... any word? If I don't have the hard copy to write notes on, I'll never keep my stuff straight. :dunno:
-
I heard from a reliable source there was a delay in ordering up a big batch of trees from BC to print them out and a discussion if they should be a single pamphlet or Vol 1, Vol 2, Vol 3. :dunno:

Just think of the money wdfw will save if you just print out your own set.
-
I grab a hard copy when I see em come out but really don’t need em to do the special permit apps.
-
I haven't looked but I'll probably stop somewhere tomorrow and see if they've got any yet.

I do that every year, have two hard copies already.

The deadline to put in was pushed back 8 days because the commission meeting was delayed. I’d be very surprised if the paper back was out this weekend.
-
Probably makes to much sense that they should be available when the new license is required. But hey everything is delayed because of the rona virus.
Yep excuses are like buttholes everyone has one and they all stink, typical gov SNAFU after all they've only had 365 days to get their feces together, but then we are talking about WDFW and the more I think about it they probably couldn't pour urine out of a boot with instructions written on the heel and an arrow pointing to the heel

Damn I love how you make your point!

In past years from my observations the paperback has hit the shelves a month +/- before the permit hunt deadline date. Being the 26th this year I suspect it will be out next week.
Asked the wife to look yesterday when she went to Walmart and they only the :fishin: regs out. I told her maybe if she and the little lady had spent less time in clothing and had gone to sporting goods sooner maybe they could have gotten one before they were all gone :bash:. So regs are not out yet but next week by Wednesday is my :twocents:

I went to Sunbirds in Chehalis today and they didn't have them.
-
I heard Inslees new green deal stopped them from distributing the hard copies.

I wouldn't doubt it.

I'm gonna call fake news on this one.
There's no way inslee got anything done that fast.
-
You read it in HuntWa, Dan-o. It’s legit.

LOL
So you're telling me Inslee actually did something?
I think I need to sit down.

He just had to text the director, he can jump real fast when the gov sends out some orders.

Not sure how anyone can do there permits on line. I have sense 1972 needed at least 3 copy's. one open for deer seasons one open for elk and one for notes and flipping back and for the for other info. there is no way with all the dates and draws you can do it on line. Maybe just old school. BUT WE NEED THEM SOON.
-
Just highlight the online pdf version and you are set to go!
-
I’ve had my paperback copy ever since they came out on line ! :chuckle:
-
I can’t seem to do it online either, so much easier to flip pages the it is to scroll :dunno:
-
Here is an idea, crazy but what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
Hunters are charged a $10.00 late fee if their hunting report is not filed by the deadline so turn about is fair play.
If the paper regs are not available by the time of the New license year begins anyone purchasing a license after the new license year begins and before the paper regs are available get $10.00 off their license fees.
-
5th year on a spreadsheet. 1st year without paper regs. Got a system down. All I have left to do is spend the coffee funds on raffle tickets.

This is me also. Old school.

Odds are garbage for any remotely decent tag so I don't overthink it. Pick the units I wouldn't mind hunting and throw my name in the hat :twocents:

Me too!
I just print the pages I need. Very effiecint.
I pick up the regs for a reference doc to keep in the truck - and emergency TP!

Man, they're not even good for fire starters anymore. But TP, be like slick trick. :yike: :chuckle: :chuckle:

Any port in a storm!
-
They are out right now grabbed a couple from Sportco

LOL! I go back to MN and their regs for fishing are tiny by comparison!
-
I submitted 14 applications for my daughter, 7 for myself, and 5 for my uncle, all online using my phone. Before submitting applications, I used my laptop to view the online regulations and wrote down all the hunt numbers I was applying for in each category.
But it sounds like paper regs are out now so I'll have to go look again today and grab a couple, one for the house and one for the truck.
-
Just spoke with Sportsman's Warehouse in Federal Way. They told me the State is currently out of paper copies, and would not let them place an order. So off to Sportco I go!
-
Sunbirds has them, I just picked up two copies.
-
Lincoln creek lumber has them, Centralia
