was discussing this with my SIL today - what does this mean "between 8 and 10am..." ? does that mean you hunt only between 8 and 10am or as it states you choose your day once you get there ? Neither one makes sense to me....
"At the Scatter Creek and Skookumchuck
release sites between the hours of 8:00 am and
10:00 am hunters must choose to hunt either
odd numbered or even numbered days. Youth
and seniors may hunt on either days."

You have to "choose your day" either even or odd when you buy the permit.`On odd numbered dates only hunters who chose an odd-day permit can hunt between 8-10, and vice-versa on even numbered dates. After 10 any permit is good. It's basically an attempt to break up the crowding, which is typically most prevalent when the sites open at 8:00 and a couple hours after.

thanks Bullkllr - that makes a bit more sense.
